After learning about your needs, we’ll provide an upfront flat fee aligned with one of our three hire levels: Specialist, Manager, or Executive.

Level 1 Hire - Specialist
Level 1 (Specialist) searches typically cover roles requiring 2–5+ years of experience and are most often individual contributor positions.

Level 2 (Manager) searches focus on candidates who lead projects, programs, or teams, as well as highly specialized individual contributors. These roles typically require 5–10+ years of experience.

Level 3 (Executive) searches are designed for director-level and above roles, focused on securing key leaders for your organization. These positions typically require 10–15+ years of experience along with proven leadership and management expertise.
