How We Price

After learning about your needs, we provide an upfront flat fee aligned with one of three hire levels based on the scope and seniority of the role.

Level 1 Hire - Specialist

Level 1 - Specialist Individual contributor roles typically requiring 2 to 5 or more years of experience.

Level 2 Hire - Manager

Level 2 - Manager Roles focused on leading projects, programs, or teams, as well as highly specialized individual contributors. Typically requiring 5 to 10 or more years of experience.

Level 3 Hire - Executive

Level 3 - Executive Director-level and above. Roles focused on securing key leaders for your organization, typically requiring 10 to 15 or more years of experience along with proven leadership expertise.
