Level 1 Hire - Specialist

Level 1 (Specialist) searches typically cover roles requiring 2 - 5+ years of experience and are most often individual contributor positions.

Level 2 Hire - Manager

Level 2 (Manager) searches focus on candidates who lead projects, programs, or teams, as well as highly specialized individual contributors. These roles typically require 5 -10+ years of experience.

Level 3 Hire - Executive

Level 3 (Executive) searches are designed for director-level and above roles, focused on securing key leaders for your organization. These positions typically require 10 -15+ years of experience along with proven leadership and management expertise.
