We believe in simple, fair, flat pricing and flexible payment terms. After learning about your hiring needs, we provide the exact fee, up-front, for a successful hire based on our 3 hiring levels. We offer up to 6-month payment schedules for your first hire. Forecasting more hires for the year? We also offer a unique ‘Retainer Payment’ model. This option allows you to spread the cost of your first hire over a 12-month period, and retains our services for more hires, at a fraction of the cost of additional individual search fees. All hires include a 60-day guarantee.

  • Level 1 Hire - Specialist

    Our level 1 (Specialist) talent searches generally include positions requiring talent to have 2-5+ years of experience. This level of hire most often includes individual contributors on your team.

  • Level 2 Hire - Lead/Manager

    Our level 2 (Lead/Manager) talent searches identify candidates who are managing projects, programs, teams, or are highly specialized individual leads. Most often these positions require talent with 5-10+ years of experience.

  • Level 3 Hire - Executive

    Our level 3 (Executive) talent searches are best suited for candidates operating at the director level and above. These searches aim to secure key leaders for your company and typically require 10-15+ years of experience, accompanied by strong management experience.
