We’re Ryan and Colette Cochrane, the founding team behind Perch. As native Oregonians, we began our journey in the Talent Recruitment and Managed Services industry more than fifteen years ago. Along the way, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the best companies in the Portland metro area and across the nation. From helping small start-ups make their first critical hire to supporting global brands in building large teams, we’ve been part of a wide range of talent solutions.

We founded Perch in 2023 with the goal of bringing a more personal, human-centered approach back to recruitment and managed services. In an industry often dominated by one-size-fits-all solutions, we focus on building long-term relationships and delivering customized strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
