After learning about your needs, we’ll provide an upfront flat fee aligned with one of our three hire levels: Specialist, Manager, or Executive.
A typical search fee with Perch tends to be 10-15% cheaper for clients due to our flat-fee model. Fewer operating costs of our independent team also create inherit savings for our clients that traditional search agencies cannot match.

Level 1 (Specialist) searches typically cover roles requiring 2–5+ years of experience and are most often individual contributor positions.
